ताकत और अच्छाई
इंसान को हमेशा ताकत को तवज्जो देनी चाहिए। दुनिया के बड़े और सफल लोग यही करते हैं। वह लोग अच्छाई का प्रयोग औऱ ज्यादा ताकत हासिल करने के लिए करते हैं।
इसको एक उदाहरण से समझते हैं। अगर आप अपने किसी दोस्त, सगे सम्बंधी या रिश्तेदार से मदद मांगते हैं और आप उनके बराबर हैं या उनसे किसी मामले में ज्यादा ताकतवर नहीं हैं तो इस बात की ज्यादा सम्भावना है कि ये सब लोग आपकी मदद की कोशिश तो करेंगे परन्तु ज्यादा मेहनत नहीं लगाएंगे। परिणाम ये होगा कि आपका काम हो भी सकता है और नहीं भी।
अब आपकी स्थिति को थोड़ा बदल देते हैं। आप कोई बड़े अफसर हैं, पैसे वाले हैं या कोई राजनीतिक पकड़ वाले आदमी हैं। तब ये सब (सगे सम्बधी, दोस्त) आपकी मदद के लिए बढ़ चढ़कर आगे आएंगे और अपना खुद का नुकसान करवाकर भी आपकी मदद जरूर करेंगे। इसलिए सबसे पहला लक्ष्य ताकत हासिल करने का होना चाहिए।
ताकत का क्या मतलब है?
ताकत मुख्य रूप से दो प्रकार की हो सकती है: शारिरिक ताकत औऱ मानसिक ताकत। 21वीं सदी में शारिरिक ताकत का महत्व बहुत कम हो गया है, इसलिए सबको मानसिक ताकत को बढाने पर ज़ोर देना जरूरी है।
मानसिक ताकत जैसे राजनीतिक ताकत, पैसों की ताकत औऱ अफसरशाही की ताकत। लेकिन यह ध्यान देना जरूरी है कि ताकत वही लम्बे समय तक टिक सकती है जो कानूनी औऱ सामाजिक रूप से स्वीकृत हो। गैर कानूनी ताकत कुछ समय के लिए तो अच्छी लगती है परंतु जल्दी ही खत्म भी हो जाती है।
कमजोर इंसानों के लक्षण
इस दुनिया मे बहुत सारे लोग आपको सफल नजर अत्तर हैं लेकिन वो बार बार परिस्थितियों, भगवान और लोगों को दोष देते रहते हैं। इसका मतलब है वो या तो अपनी ताकत को समझ नहीं पाए हैं या वो सच मे ही ताकतवर नहीं हैं। नीचे कुछ ऐसे लक्षण हैं जो कमजोर लोगों में मिलते हैं:
- हालात, इंसान औऱ किस्मत को दोष देना
- असहाय महसूस करना
- अवसाद औऱ चिंता
- छोटी छोटी बातों को लेकर चिल्लाना या झला देना
- घर में आकर निर्दोष पत्नी, बच्चों या माता पिता से लड़ाई करना
- कामों को अधूरे छोड़ना
- किसी भी लक्ष्य को हासिल नहीं कर पाना, चाहे वो कितना भी छोटा हो
- हमेशा पीछे छूट जाना
इनके अलावा भी कमजोर आदमी को पहचाना जा सकता है। जरूरी नहीं है कि सारे लक्षण एक ही आदमी में मिलें। कोई एक या ज्यादा लक्षण भी कमजोरी की निशानी हैं।
ताकत कैसे हासिल की जा सकती है?
हर किसी टैलेंट की तरह ताकतवर बनना भी एक टैलेंट ही है। जरूरी नहीं है कि आप मंत्री या अफसर बनकर ही ताकत हासिल कर सकते हैं। इन सबके अलावा भी आपको छोटे छोटे पदों पर ताकतवर आदमी मिल जाते हैं जो बड़े बड़े काम निकाल लेते हैं। नीचे लिखी गयी कुछ बातें हैं जिनको अपनाकर अपनी कमजोरी को ताकत में बदला जा सकता है:
1. सबसे पहले अपनी वास्तविक स्थिति को स्वीकार करें
सपनों को अपनी बनावटी सोच की दुनिया से बाहर निकलकर अपनी वास्तविक स्थिति का ईमानदारी से आंकलन करें और सच्चाई चाहे कितनी भी भयानक हो, उसको स्वीकार करें। जितना जल्दी आप यह कर लेंगे, उतना जल्दी खुद को बदल पाएंगे।
2. अपनी कमजोरियों का गुणगान न करें
यह बात थोड़ी खोखली लग सकती है, परन्तु सच्चाई यही है कि दुनिया में सच से ज्यादा झूठ चलता है। इसलिए अपनी कमजोरियों का गुणगान हर किसी के सामने नहीं करना चाहिए। हर इंसान में बहुत सारी कमियां हो सकती हैं, पर ताकतवर लोग अपनी कमजोरियों का नही, अपनी ताकत का गुणगान करते हैं। यहां तक कि अपने साथ होने वाले धोखे को भी किसी को बताए बिना सबक लेना चाहिए।
3. सबको दिखने वाली कमजोरियों को पहले ठीक करें
यह बात सबसे जरूरी है। आपको अपनी छवि एक ताकतवर इंसान वाली बनानी है, इसलिए कमजोरी के वो लक्षण जो सबको नजर आते हैं, उनको छुपाने और धीरे धीरे बदलने की कोशिश करें। लोगों के बीच जब आपकी छवि में सुधार होगा, तो आप स्वयं ही कमजोरियों को भूल जाओगे।
4. जिंदगी को व्यवस्थित करें
अपने सोने और उठने के समय को ठीक करें। देर से आने की आदत को सुधारें, वाद विवाद में मौखिक औऱ शारिरिक तौर पर हिस्सा न लें जब तक आप कोई राजनैतिक व्यक्ति नहीं हैं, अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी के साथ गाली गलौच न करें, बिना बात परिवार में झगड़ा न करें, बड़े आराम से औऱ साफ तथा प्रभावशाली तरीके से बात करें, कभी भी गुस्सा सबके सामने प्रदर्शित न करें। ये सब परिवर्तन लाकर आप ताकतवर होने की तरफ़ अपने कदम बढ़ा सकते है।
5. कभी भी अपनी ताकत को खोये नहीं
ताकत को सम्भाल के रखना भी ताकत कमाने जितना ही महत्वपूर्ण है। जब हालात आपके अनुरूप न हों, ऐसे समय मे खुद की ताकत को बचा के रखना भी ताकत बढ़ाने जैसा ही है। जिस लडाई में जीत की संभावना न के बराबर हो, उस लडाई को नहीं लड़ना चाहिए। जैसे फिलहाल का रूस और यूक्रेन का युद्ध। बेशक यूक्रेन कुछ हिम्मत दिखा रहा है, लेकिन ये भी सच है कि उसको होने वाला नुकसान इस देश को कम से कम 50 साल पीछे लेके चला गया है।
6. दूसरों के भरोसे न रहें
जब भी कोई संकट की घड़ी आती है, तब साथ देने वाले बहुत कम लोग मिलते हैं। इसलिए खुद को इतना लायक बनाएं की मुसीबतों का सामना कर सकें। अपने बारे में जो फैसले आप कर सकते हैं कोई दूसरा नहीं कर सकता। पहले ही दिया गया उदाहरण है रूस और यूक्रेन के युद्ध जिसमें यूक्रेन को पूरी दुनिया ने अकेला छोड़ दिया है।
